8 eggs
250 g of powdered sugar

70 g ground almonds
70 g ground walnuts
2 tbsp corn starch

200 g butter
200 g powdered sugar
4 boiled yolks
60 g chocolate
150 g ground almonds
4 tbsp rum
250 g of sour cream (or cream)
# For glaze:
80 g 50 g black and white chocolate
50 g butter
4-6 tbsp milk

For the dough: Raw yolks with the sugar is broken foam. Add the grated chocolate and starch. Divide the mixture in half. In one part add the ground walnuts, and the other ground almonds.
