500 ml milk
200 ml water
4 tbsp flour
8 tbsp sugar
vanilla
Method
Half the sugar is caramelized in a pan. Other product mix and cook on medium heat to thicken. The cream is poured into the pan with caramelized sugar and leave to cool. Pour a spoon in glass cups.
