Ingredients
1 cup cooked lentils
150 g boiled beetroot
2 leeks onion
100 g boiled corn
3-4 tbsp vinegar
salt, cumin
sunflower oil
Method
Cooked and drained lentils mix with grated beetroot, corn and chopped leeks. Season with cumin and salt, put vinegar, mix everything very well, and pour the oil.
