Ingredients
500 g lentils
100 g bacon or smoked breasts
1 onion
pepper 1
1 tomato or tomato canned
8 tbsp sunflower oil
1-2 diced chicken broth
1 tsp paprika
1 clove garlic
parsley
celery - chopped stem
Method
Onions, bacon, peppers and tomatoes are cut. Fry the onions and peppers in the oil, until tender and add tomatoes. After 3-4 minutes, add the bacon cubes. Mix well and put the red pepper. Immediately thereafter (so as not to burn the pepper) was poured 1 liter of water. Boils put the lentils, celery, sliced ​​garlic and broth.
