Ingredients
800 g zucchini
4 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic
parsley
salt

Method
Courgettes cleaned, washed and dried. Cut into circles. Heat olive oil in a deep nonstick skillet. Pour a garlic and courgettes for 10 minutes. Add salt and leave a few minutes on the stove. Finally, remove the clove of garlic and sprinkle with parsley.
