Light basic sauce

Ingredients
2 cups (400 ml) decoction fish or fish broth cloudy
3 tbsp (30 g) butter or vegetable 30 g butter
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
lemon juice
salt
Method
The flour is placed in the melted butter and stir Keep the fire 2-3 minutes. Was added in portions while stirring cold potion (or broth). The resulting sauce after boil, boil for another 15-20 minutes (stirring) and season to taste with salt and lemon juice.
