Ingredients

1 jar (800 g) canned tomatoes
4-5 onions
3 green peppers
1 eggplant
1 head of garlic

3 eggs
1/3 cup yogurt

1/2 bunch parsley
Method
Eggplant is cut across the three pieces, then cut into slices and fry for 1 minute in heated oil on both sides. Fried eggplant slices are arranged on the bottom of the tray.
