Marine red mullets in parchment

Ingredients
4 sea mullet
1 onion
piece of celery
1 tbsp (10 ml) olive oil
2 sprigs parsley
garlic
salt
parchment sheet
Method
Cut pieces of onion and celery fried in olive oil, add chopped parsley and crushed garlic. Make several deep incisions cleaned fish, filled with the mixture, add salt each fish individually wrapped in parchment sheet, place in a baking dish and bake in a low oven for about 30 minutes. The fish is served in parchment.
