Meat with lemon batter

Ingredients
500 g meat of your choice - chicken, pork, veal
100 g grated Parmesan
breadcrumbs
1 egg
salt, pepper
rind of 1 lemon

Method
Cut the meat into medium large pieces, put between two layers foil and hammered. Egg mix with salt and pepper. Bread crumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese and grated rind of lemon. Meat pieces are immersed first in egg, then in bread crumbs and fry until ready.
