Meatballs with beer

Ingredients
1 kg minced meat
3 large potatoes
2 bunches spring onions
dill, parsley
2 eggs
3 tbsp yogurt
100 g cheese
1 tsp soda bread
salt, pepper, paprika
1 cup beer

Method
Peel the potatoes and grate finely grater. Fresh green onions and spices are washed, drained and finely. Prepared spices are added to the minced meat with eggs, yogurt, soda, red pepper, black pepper and salt. Minced meat is kneaded well and leave in the refrigerator for several hours. Then it formed meatballs, which rank in the pan greased with sunflower oil. In the middle of each patty caught by a piece of cheese. Meatballs are flooded with beer and bake in a preheated moderate oven until golden.
