Meatballs zelenishi oatmeal

Ingredients
500 g zelenishi of your choice
2-3 sprigs of mint
1 onion (2-3 sprigs fresh)
4-5 cloves garlic (1-2 sprigs fresh)
1 pm. h. fine oatmeal
1/2 h. h. walnuts
2 eggs
salt
flour
breadcrumbs
sunflower oil
yogurt, garlic, dill

Method
Oatmeal pour a little hot water. The Court Cover and leave for 10-15 minutes to soften. Well cleaned and washed zelenishi be scalded with boiling water, drain and be nice after poizstinat, finely. Add oats and in large pieces chopped walnuts, finely chopped mint leaves, finely chopped onion and garlic, salt and eggs. Mixture a good stir. Are formed meatballs which are rolled in a mixture of flour and breadcrumbs (1: 1). Arrange one another in a suitable container for about 15 minutes, put in the freezer. Fry in a hot sunflower oil or bake in greased pan, sprinkle with sunflower oil. Serve with milk-garlic sauce. To make the meatballs used rhubarb, parsley and lettuce leaves.
