Melnik kavarma

Ingredients
900 g of mutton ribs
130 g butter
60 g onion
15 g flour
200 ml black wine (red bitterish)
50 g tomato sauce
pepper
little garlic
salt
parsley
bay leaf
Method
Meat, cut into pieces, fry until golden, remove from the court and in his place fry chopped onions by adding a little flour. Add a glass of wine, tomato sauce, mix well, fry and pour about 1 liter of hot water. Then fried meat is poured into the dish with spices. Court with kavarma keep the stove until the sauce thickens.

Great. For me, the true and most delicious meat remains mutton. Casseroles and fresh cabbage cook them only with mutton.
