Moist sponge cake

6 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 cup flour
2 tbsp cocoa
10 g baking powder
# For the syrup:
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
# For the cream:
125 g butter
1 egg
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 vanilla
# For Kroc:
1 cup sugar
1 cup chopped walnuts
Eggs are broken down with sugar, add flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured cake pan and bake in a moderate oven. The products of syrup mixed in a pot and put to boil. Cold cake is moist with hot syrup. All products cream to a fluffy cream and cake when quite cold, smeared. Kernels spread in a baking dish coated with cooking paper (or greased) and Pour caramel made from sugar (it is caramelized with 1-2 tbsp water). Allow to cool and breaks. Cake sprinkled with caramelized nuts.

And it seems to me very well, I did, until tomorrow to try it, but it seems to me that something was not done properly. Cream something I felt very liquid, had more to break it? ... And everything syrup leak ... And guess, nuts are very finely ground, because Kroc became my thick nachupih it into pieces and put them in nabuchih cake :)

I before syrup, riddle little cake and syrup so not snag.

May mistake was not in syrup form, but it took first, I was afraid not very soft and fall apart as you remove it. Otherwise, I shot up first. But people were pleased, it is important :)
