Monkey bread with raisins

450 g white flour
7 g dry yeast
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
250 ml milk
1 egg
# For the sauce:
50 g melted butter
1 pm .ch. brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
100 g dark raisins
3 tbsp cognac
1 cup chopped walnuts

In a large bowl mix the sifted flour, salt, yeast and sugar. Make a well in it and put the milk and egg. Knead into a soft dough. Messi on floured surface until smooth and elastic. Place in an oiled bowl, cover with Greased foil, and leave in a warm place to rise for 60 minutes or until doubled in volume. Cognac heat slightly and put raisins in it. Remove from heat. Mix the walnuts, cinnamon and brown sugar. The dough was divided into 30 equal pieces, which are formed of balls. Each ball is to add some melted butter and walnut mixture. Arrange one layer balls and sprinkled with pickled raisins. Put a second layer balls rolled in the same way. Above the rest is distributed walnut mixture, butter and raisins. Cover with Greased foil and leave to rise for 45 minutes in a warm place. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 C for 40 minutes. * The products are shaped cake with a capacity of 2 liters.

A delicious warm, but everyone has their preferences. Hot sticky and juicy. I poured the last pieces of caramel topping, it was great.
