Ingredients
500 g minced meat
1 fresh cabbage
1/3 cup rice
1 onion
2-3 tomatoes
parsley
2 eggs
pepper, salt
1 tbsp red pipir
100 ml sunflower oil
250 g yogurt
3 tbsp flour
Method
Cut the onion in the oil stew with little water and then add the chopped cabbage, stew almost ready. Add salt, add pepper and paprika. Add the minced meat and stir to not become large lumps. Add the cleaned and washed rice, 1 cup of the valley water, sandwiching with a lid and more stew. Once the rice is almost cooked, add chopped tomatoes, transfer the dish in a baking dish, pour the mixture of beaten eggs, flour and yogurt. Bake until browned on topping.
