Muffins with fish

Ingredients
900 g fish fillet
3 eggs
6 tbsp melted butter
6 tbsp grated cheese
3 tbsp breadcrumbs
2-3 tbsp finely chopped parsley
grated cheese for sprinkling
1-2 tomatoes
2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
feathers onion
salt
pepper
Method
Eggs are broken. Add the melted butter, cut into small cubes fillet, cheese, bread crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper. In forms muffin or custard cups, well smeared with butter, distributed mixture. Each put on one disc of tomato and grated cheese. Bake in a hot oven for 15 minutes. Remove, and all put in 1/2 tsp mayonnaise and a little chopped green onions feathers. Bake another 5 minutes.
