Mushroom salad with cream sauce

Ingredients
400 g mushrooms
2 tsp lemon juice
200 g ham or skinless sausage
# For the sauce:
2 tbsp mayonnaise
4 with l. Sour cream
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
pepper salt

Method
Mushrooms are cut and boiled in water to which is added lemon juice. Once cool, mix with chopped ham. Salad pour the sauce beaten mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, salt and pepper. Can be served immediately, but stand in refrigerator 1-2 hours is more delicious.
