Mushroom souffle with chicken and bread

Ingredients
50 g butter
400 g mushrooms
3-4 slices of bread
300-400 ml cooking cream
300 g cheese
200-300 g of chicken meat or smoked meat or bacon
50-60 ml sunflower oil
Method
Mushrooms are cut into not too small pieces and sauté lightly. Chicken cut into small pieces and fry. Put them mushrooms and meat in a fireproof container, add bread, broken into small pieces, add 200 g of grated cheese. Pour in the cream, mix well and leave to soak 1 hour. Then sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake in a water bath for 40-50 minutes.
