Mushrooms in Russian

Ingredients
500 g mushrooms
150 g butter
pepper
salt
1 tsp flour
100 g cream
dill

Method
Mushrooms are washed, cleaned and cut. Stew with the butter in a saucepan with a lid. Salted and sprinkled with black pepper. Add the flour and when well tender, pour the mushrooms and cream. Leave a little on the fire and then served hot. On top sprinkle with chopped dill.

Very tasty! I put a little oil (about 100g).

With cream and oil can be reduced. Just a matter of taste. I forgot about this recipe, just reminded me.
