Mussels with rice - II type

Ingredients
500 g mussels - only meat
500 g long-grain rice
3 onions
2-3 tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
200 g fat
salt
pepper

Method
Heat the fat in a large pan. Add chopped onion, season with salt and pepper and stew for 5 minutes on medium heat. Add well-cleaned and washed clams, diced tomatoes, garlic and rice. Pour over the water, while maintaining the aspect ratio - 2 cups of water to every 1 cup of rice - is left to the fire for about 15 minutes. Serve warm.
