500 g nettle
1 cube vegetable broth
1-2 tbsp flour
1 2 tbsp tomato or tomato Sauce

Nettle is infused in hot water for 10 minutes. Finely chopped onion fry and add the chopped tomato, a few minutes add the vegetable broth and red pepper, a little garlic and hot water. When cooked nettles add the flour, tailing kashitsa with little water trickle. Season with salt and mint, add the eggs and cream. Leave for 5 minutes on low heat. When serving add the feta cheese.
