Okra with minced meat and rice

Ingredients
400 g okra
200 g minced meat
3-4 tomatoes (maybe canned)
2-3 cloves garlic
salt
allspice
sunflower oil
# For rice:
1 pm .ch. Rice
1/2 cup vermicelli
salt
sunflower oil
1 tbsp butter

Method
Okra is cut and placed in a salt water and acidified to stand for about 2-3 hours to remove the mucosal fluid. In saucepan put sunflower oil to warm up and fry chopped garlic cloves, taking care not to burn. Then add the minced meat and fry it, put it washed and strained okra and tomatoes sliced. After choke a little added salt and Allspice, if needed, can add a little water, but only dish should be a lot of liquid. Rice: A vessel was hot the oil and add noodles to fried to light brown then added and the rice was fried slightly, add 3 cups water 1 cup rice, salt and the butter and leave to boil lidding. When the water evaporates stir and remove from heat lidding. Serve in bowl of rice is placed on it and place of okra with minced meat.

In Arab cuisine, okra never cut because it only works with very fine okra. And best with dried.

Rarely do okra, just because of the mucus. Did not know that there is a way to get out. Thanks for the trick:-) For pilaf - 1 cup enough rice 2 cups water. Even with 1 cup 5 water becomes, the last minute to a steam cooker and make the bottom crust crispy. The flavor is much more intense. The dish I love you!

Ah, one more thing! If okra is a can - okay again to remove mucus her?

I have no idea whether konserviranta okra, but you can try. I always cook with fresh, prefer fresh vegetables over canned.
