Ingredients
2 eggs
salt
sunflower oil for frying
# For the filling:
3 large pieces lukanka (or other sausage of your choice)
1 piece of cheese on toast
# For toppings:
vegetables of your choice (1 red pepper, cut into rings)

Method
Beat the eggs with a fork or wire whisk, add salt to taste. We heated the fat in the pan, and pour in the eggs. On one half of the eggs arrange pieces lukanka, and put them on the piece of cheese. Sandwiching the pan with a lid and fry (stew) omelet about 1-2 minutes. Raise the other half and sandwiching the lukanka and cheese. Pressuring with a spatula or slotted spoon, reduce heat and fry another little while stick omelet. Served with vegetables of your choice.
