Omelet in gardening

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 tbsp steamed vegetables (carrots, peas, green beans and other)
1 boiled potato
small piece of ham or smoked breasts
1/2 small onion
parsley
salt
fat frying
10 g butter
Method
Mix chopped vegetables, potatoes, onions and ham and quickly fry in a little oil. Remove with latticed spoon in hot plate. Yolks and egg whites are broken down separately (egg whites hard snow) and mix carefully. Half of the egg mixture is poured into a pan with a flat bottom, which is preheated oil for frying, fry for 1 minute and add the prepared stuffing, which pour remaining egg mixture. Omelet fry, until firm and turns to fry the other side. Pour into warmed dish and sprinkle with parsley and melted salted butter. Serve immediately.
