Omelet stuffed and baked in the oven

8 eggs
5 tbsp milk
sunflower oil
spices (optional and taste), salt
1 small onion
200 g of ham or other sausage of your choice
1 / 2 green pepper
1/2 red pepper
150 g feta cheese
5-6 mushrooms (maybe without them)
100 g cheese
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp mustard

From 8 eggs, milk and salt stir mixture for omelets. Previously distributed in small bowls are 4 identical omelet. Make omelets and leave them aside. In a saucepan with 3 tbsp sunflower oil stew onion, finely chopped, sausage or ham, mushrooms (maybe without mushrooms), peppers, cut into julienne. Low heat with a lid stew them until you fat. Stir in the meantime several times to not burn. When water poizpari add crumbled feta cheese, and if necessary further add salt. On each omelet put the filling and folding in half. Arrange them in a baking dish together, pour them with a mixture of 3 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tbsp mustard and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven for a short upper wire to slightly pink cheese. * Preset products are for 4 omelet.
