Omelette with fruit and ice cream

250 g strawberries (or other fruit nemokresht)
6 eggs
3-6 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp sunflower oil
powdered sugar for sprinkling
strawberry ice cream or another of your choice
vanilla optional
Heat the top wire of the oven (or includes grilled). The handle of the pan is coated with a foil if there is a danger to melt. Separate the eggs, strawberries are cleaned and cut. Beat the egg yolks with half the sugar. Add strawberries. Whip the remaining sugar with light snow, possibly put vanilla. The two mixtures were combined and mixed gently. In a large skillet heat the oil, pour omelet and fry until turn pink underneath. The pan is placed under the upper wire and bake until golden. Omelet sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into portions as cake. Served or still hot, or very cold, in both cases with ice-cream.
