Onion bread

Ingredients
400 g flour
20 g fresh yeast
2 pinches salt
2 pinches of sugar
3 onions
olive oil
Method
Cut the onion into thin slices and stew with a little olive oil over low heat. In the middle of strangling add a pinch of salt, a pinch of sugar and 1/3 cup water. Choking lasts about one hour. During this time, knead dough. The yeast was dissolved in 200 ml water with a small amount of sugar and flour. Leave to rise and is mixed with the flour and a pinch of salt. Knead into a soft dough. Put it in a bowl and leave to rise in a warm place, covered with a towel, for about an hour. Once the onions cool, knead with dough risen disc. Is formed into the desired shape and place in pan on baking paper. Cover with a cloth and leave once more to rise. Bake at 200 degrees 40-45 minutes.
