Orange ice cream with wine

Ingredients
7 oranges
1 lemon
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup white wine
rum
Method
Sugar is dissolved in 1 and 1/2 cup water, add the grated rind of lemon and 1 orange and boil for 3-4 minutes. The syrup is then cooled and filtered. Add wine and squeezed orange and lemon juice. The mixture was stirred well and refrigerated chamber of the refrigerator or freezer, stirring occasionally. The finished ice cream is distributed in glasses, sprinkle with rum and garnish optional.
