Method
Shaping of 4 balls breast and Russian salad and place in bowls decorated with leaves of lettuce. Make a few florets or cones of ham and cheese. Make the composition of tomatoes and cucumbers. Decorated with parsley, chopped boiled egg, olives and lemon pieces.
