2 or 3 peaches or apricots 300 g melon
1 tsp gelatine
1 tbsp water
1 cup yoghurt
6 tbsp sugar
4 sprigs mint
berries (blueberries, currants, raspberries) for decoration
The fruits are peeled and cut into pieces. The gelatin is soaked for 1 min in water and put to melt in a water bath. Mix peaches, gelatin, milk, sugar and mint. Everything passaged until the mixture is smooth. Distributed in 4 cartons or plastic coffee cups. Place top berries. The glasses are coated with foil. Suitable wooden stick is stuck in the center, drill fthe oil and hold the side of it. Put in the freezer for 4 hours. When the freeze, the glass is cut with scissors. Optional lollipops can dip in melted chocolate.
