Peppers with melted cheese

Ingredients
1 kg peppers
2 chillies optional
2 tbsp butter
processed cheese
pepper
Method
Cleaned of seed pods are roasted and peel the husks. Once drained, arranged in a small baking dish or a court of Jena glass, where previously melted the butter. Sprinkle with chopped chillies, if put. Top cover with a layer of processed cheese - 1 cm thick, seasoned with pepper and bake in the oven. Serve warm.
