Peppers with potatoes and egg

Ingredients
10 potatoes
10 peppers filling
1 egg
oil
salt
savory
pepper
1-2 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp flour

Method
Cook potatoes and cut into in small pieces (as moussaka). Egg stir and mix with the potatoes. The mixture is seasoned with salt, pepper and savory. Fill is clean and washed peppers. Arrange in a baking dish and pour plenty of fat. Print on high heat. After baking, the juice is drained, put it in a pan. Heat and add flour and yogurt. As becomes thickened, is diluted with hot water. Season with salt and pepper. Peppers served on a plate, flights sauce.
