Ingredients
1 pineapple
50 g butter
3-4 tbsp brown sugar
4-5 tbsp orange juice
30 ml rum or cognac
50 g pistachios

Method
Pineapple cut into eight pieces in length, peel them sheet and put them in a pan. Top place several lumps of butter, brown sugar and orange juice. Then capped with a lid. 7-8 minutes are sufficient to begin caramelization. Pineapple slices and turn left to caramelize. Once the pan is removed from the heat put peanuts and alcohol. Upon presentation can be garnished with cream and cookie.
