Pirog with apples

# For the dough:
1 egg
250 g margarine
1 cup sugar
2 and 1/2 cup flour
# For the filling:
6-7 apples
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
# Optional:
1/2 cup + 2-3 tbsp sugar
1 egg
2-3 tbsp butter

Of the products is kneaded dough, which rest in refrigerator 30 minutes. Apples are cleaned and together with the butter and sugar (without water) are steamed until tender. Add cinnamon and bread crumbs. Of dough to spend a bud cover. In other affixes are round, covered with baking paper. Pour the filling and spoon nice pressed.
