Pita with leeks in electric cooker

Ingredients
200 g yogurt
1 and 1/4 cup (250 ml) vegetable oil
salt
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
450 g flour (medium soft dough)
3 leeks onion
pepper
70 g cheese
Method
In deep bowl mix yogurt, broken soda 1 cup (200 ml) vegetable oil and 1 tsp (5 g) salt. Add flour so as to implicate medium soft dough. Dough and kneaded out on floured surface, cover with a cloth and leave to rest. At this time, the filling is prepared.
