Pita with pumpkin and apples

Ingredients
# For the dough:
150 g flour
50 g crushed walnuts or almonds
50 g sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
100 g butter
# For the filling:
400 g peeled pumpkin
400 g sour apples
120 g sugar
400 ml white sweet wine
100 ml orange juice
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
1 package vanilla pudding
200 ml cream
50 g almonds
powdered sugar
Method
Flour, almonds, sugar, cinnamon, salt, the butter and 2 tbsp of water were mixed and kneaded dough. The dough is screwed in foil and allowed to cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then 2/3 of the dough is rolled into a round and place in covered with baking paper baking dish, the edges of the dough should be raised to the walls. To prepare filling: Grate the pumpkin and apples are cut into pieces. Sweet wine is boiled with sugar, orange juice and cardamom. Apples and pumpkin sauté 5 minutes in this mixture is drained, and the broth is maintained. The powder for vanilla pudding mix with wine, boiled, concentrated and cooled. Cream mix and stir with pudingovata mixture. 2/3 of the pumpkin and apples are placed on the dough, put them on pudingovata mixture, other fruits, and the top - the rest rolled into round dough. Cake bake 60 minutes at 180 C. Ten minutes before being pulled from the oven, is dusted with almonds. Finally cooled cake and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

I am of the same opinion, so for some time Avoid making sweet thingy, although the houses begin to protest! The recipe seems to be something delicious! Bravo!
