Pizza with mushrooms - II type

Ingredients
1 cup (200 g) flour
1/4 cup (50 ml) vegetable oil
1/2 cup (100 ml) milk
15 g yeast
200 g marinated mushrooms
200 g smoked brisket
3 eggs
2-3 tbsp broth
1 tbsp (10 ml) lemon juice
2 sprigs parsley
pinch of red pepper
salt
Method
Flour and fuzzy in lukewarm milk yeast 3 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil 1/2 tsp salt and knead the dough, which is left to rise for 1 hour. Spread onto bottom of pan dough smeared with other vegetable oil and cover with a mixture of finely chopped mushrooms and smoked brisket. Pour in beaten eggs broth with an added red pepper and salt to taste, parsley and lemon juice. Pizza bake about 30 minutes in a moderately heated oven.
