Podlucheno chicken with rice

Ingredients
1 (1 kg) chicken
1 and 1/2 cup (300 g) rice
125 g butter
3-4 heads (200 g) onion or leek
salt
pepper
garlic
vinegar
Method
Chicken cut into pieces and boiled, with salt it after boil water . Chopped onion stew until soft in 2/3 of the fat, pour 4 and 1/4 cup chicken broth (if necessary make hot water) and boiled. Add rice and boiled for 2-3 minutes, then poured into a baking dish. Top ranks meat and sprinkle with black pepper. The dish is placed in the oven to seal. Remove before the rice is taken over all the water and cover with a paper towel to smother. Watered with the crushed garlic, diluted with a little vinegar and 2-3 tbsp broth, and the rest lightly fried butter and serve.
