Pork with a mix of mushrooms Niki

Ingredients
1 kg pork boneless
1 kg potatoes
500 g mushrooms (a mixture of different species)
50 ml white wine
50 g butter
pepper, savory, salt
ready spice of your choice or garlic, cayenne pepper, parsley or other herbs of your choice

Method
In tray or ring casseroles put all products - potatoes, meat and mushrooms cut into pieces. Confuse everything well. Dot tray if there is no cover with foil. Bake at 180 C without fan 1 hour, then the temperature is reduced and bake for 1 hour.
