Pork roast and stew in Macedonia

Ingredients
1 kg pork
5-6 green onions
parsley
1/3 cup sunflower oil
paprika
nutmeg
300 g mushrooms
1 cup wine
# For garnish:
10 potatoes
5-6 green onions
fat frying
Method
The meat is cut into pieces 5x5 cm., cut green onions sliced, parsley, mushrooms medium-sized pieces, put spices, pour the oil, wine and 1 cup water and bake half an hour at 200 C. For garnish Boil the potatoes, cut into cubes, Chop and mix everything and fry. Serve warm.
