Potato balls with fried parsley

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
1 cup sunflower oil
7 eggs
100 g feta cheese
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 bunch parsley
salt, pepper
Method
Cook potatoes and then passaged. Mixed with crumbled feta cheese, 2 eggs, half of the parsley (finely chopped), salt, pepper. The resulting mixture was stirred for 3 raw eggs. From this dough to make balls the size of an egg. Oval is slightly broken two eggs, breadcrumbs, eggs and re-fry in oil bath. The finished balls are arranged in a plate and garnish with fried briefly sprigs parsley.
