Potato balls - IV type

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
2 eggs
3-4 tbsp flour
pepper
salt
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Peel the potatoes and grate raw grater. As you can squeeze the juice them, add salt and pepper to taste, eggs and flour. The mixture was stirred well. Comb it with a spoon and fry the meatballs in a highly heated sunflower oil. Serve with a salad of your choice according to the season, but the most suitable pickled vegetables.

Tony, I'm glad you like it. The recipe is a little unusual, because often potato meatballs made with boiled potatoes. This recipe is from my mother's heritage and is a favorite of our family.
