Potato baskets with bacon, cream and red onion

Ingredients
300 g grated potatoes
200 g sour cream
100 g bacon
1 red onion
butter spreads
Method
Metal trays cookies are coated on the bottom and the surrounding edge with butter. Take a pinch of grated potatoes as chips stuck on the bottom and the surrounding edge. So prepare all shapes. Stacked on top of potatoes mazva thin layer of butter. Prepared potato baskets rank in the tray. The grid of the oven is raised high and put it on the tray. Bake in pre-strong (200- 220 C) oven until heated catching golden crust (about 10 minutes). During this time, stir the cream with bacon and onion chopped. Can be further spiced up with salt and fresh dill. Finished potato baskets are removed carefully from the trays and fill with cream mixture.
