Potato bread with walnuts

Ingredients
250 g potatoes
250 g flour
1 egg (room temperature)
10 g yeast (1/4 cube)
2 tbsp hot water
100 g walnuts
1 tsp salt

Method
Peel the potatoes and boil. Smash and leave to cool. Sprinkle on the flour and salt them, and crushing. Yeast was suspended in water, put the egg and mix with a fork. Add the mixture to the potatoes and smooth dough is kneaded. Add the walnuts cut in large pieces knead lightly once more and allow to rise for 1 hour. Knead lightly again formed of two loaves of bread, allowed some time to swell again. Heat the oven to 180 C. breads are put in a pan with baking paper, make several cross cut and bake about 25 minutes. * The bread becomes more aromatic, if the walnuts before kneading dough, constipation under the grill or in a pan without oil.
