Potato dish

3 large potatoes
carrots 2
3 cloves garlic
4 crab sticks
50 g of cheese or feta cheese Emmental
5-6 Mammoth olives, pitted
salt, pepper, savory
1-2 tbsp flour

Boil the potatoes and carrots, mash them with a fork, add them finely chopped garlic, salt, pepper, herbs and flour if necessary add a little more flour. Nice potatoes are old to have more starch so easy to shape bowl of this mixture, if not just add 1-2 tbsp flour and so shape dish. Chop finely the crab sticks and olive slices, put them on a dish, bake in the oven 200 degrees until browned and tightness of the plate, after the plates are baked almost put the grated cheese (I recommend you is Emmental, because it is more aromatic ). If you do not like crab sticks, you can replace them with something to suit you, such as ham, bacon, skinless sausage or chicken pieces, maybe with feta cheese. * A product is for 2 servings. This is perfect as an appetizer or as a main if you add to it a large vegetable salad with feta cheese or soup.

If you can explain in more detail the recipe after the formation of the dish. Stuffing, when put-before or after baking? Thank you.

And I will repeat questioning of akva7 - something not quite right with the preparation of dishes after shaping and grooming itself. Bake you how, with filling or it is added in the end?

Akva7-filling is placed before baking, but the cheese is put finally just melt.
