Ingredients
500 g potatoes
3-4 eggs
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese or cheese
salt
fat frying

Method
Cook potatoes, peel and cut into slices, then fry in a little oil. Beat eggs, add milk and the feta cheese. Potatoes are flooded with the mixture, add salt and fry a little, until the eggs harden.
