Ingredients
500 g potatoes
3-4 eggs
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese or cheese
salt
fat frying

Method
Cook potatoes, peel and cut into slices, then fry in a little oil. Beat eggs, add milk and the feta cheese. Potatoes are flooded with the mixture, add salt and fry a little, until the eggs harden.

sliced potatoes fried in a Teflon pan with a lid. And soften and fried, and not as greasy. Fresh milk is not put. Sometimes when presenting them sprinkle with finely chopped fresh garlic, dill and seasoned with salt, vinegar and oil.
