Potatoes with mushroom-cream sauce

Ingredients
300 g potatoes
80 g mushrooms mushrooms
1 onion
2 tbsp sunflower oil
100 ml cooking Court
salt and pepper
100 g ham optional
dill

Method
Potatoes Boil, peel and cut into large pieces. Chop finely and stew in pre-heated sunflower oil. Add chopped ham and mushrooms optional and strangling continued until they soften. Add salt, put the spices. Mix and pour cream. Allow to boil. Potatoes rank in the pan, pour in the resulting sauce and baked.

Mmm, big yummy! I did it with green onions, dill and instead put basil and added two triangles melted cheese and more cream. I loved the idea well done, Vanya! :)
