Potatoes with onion

Ingredients
500 g potatoes
3 onions
40 g butter
3 tbsp (30 g) flour
1 and 1/4 cup (250 ml) meat broth
pepper
salt
parsley
Method
Thinly sliced ​​onion lightly fry in fat. Add the flour and meat broth and stir until a thick sauce. Cook potatoes and still warm peel, cut into slices and place in the sauce. Season with plenty of salt and pepper and leave 5 minutes on low heat. Add parsley. Serve hot.
