Potatoes with yogurt sauce

Ingredients
500 g potatoes
2 tbsp flour
4-5 tbsp sunflower oil
300 ml milk
300 ml water in which they boiled potatoes
salt
pepper

Method
Potatoes Peel, cut into cubes and boil in salted water. Drained. Fry the flour in the oil. As cooled down add milk, the water from the potatoes and potatoes. Boil for 5-6 minutes and taste with pepper.

Today these cooked potatoes. Many were delicious (and I added parsley). Kids love them. But I would rather call them *potatoes beshamelov sauce* because the sauce is the case. Otherwise admiration for the recipe :)
