Pots with balls of minced meat

Ingredients
750 g minced meat
120 g pickles
150 g sterilized mushrooms
100 g roasted, peeled peppers (can and jar)
200 g onion
100 g cheese
100 g butter
50 g flour
5 eggs
salt
pepper

Method
Minced meat is kneaded with some of the chopped onion, 1 egg, salt and pepper to taste. It made 5 balls for each portion. Rolled in flour and fry. The remaining onions, peppers, mushrooms and cucumbers cut into strips. Smothered in the butter. Add to fried balls and the products are distributed in pots. Pour a mixture of egg and grated cheese and cook in the preheated oven without lids.
